No call center screeners or ticket systems.

Following the launch of VPS hosting, JohnCompanies expanded and began offering dedicated servers applying the same policy of using enterprise grade hardware and multi-homed bandwidth combined with top-level technical support.

In 2006, John saw a need for easy-to-implement secure online backup services for businesses and individuals who needed reliable off-site secure storage for critical data and files. This back-up service - www.rsync.net - is a sister company to JohnCompanies and offers secure geo-redundant backup services at data centers located in the US and around the world. JohnCompanies now offers online secure backup services based on the rsync.net design packaged with our hosted servers (at a discount) or available on a standalone basis for general online backup needs.

Since its founding in 2001, JohnCompanies has grown where today we provide professional-grade server hosting and secure online backup services for thousands of customers all around the world. To support our growth we recently opened a second datacenter in southern California and are planning additional datacenters in the US and overseas as the demand for hosting and cloud computing expands dramatically.
